Property Description

Land, lots of land, & a magnificent 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home - large rooms perfect for entertaining, a recently updated kitchen open to the dining room, a recently updated main floor bath, a front-to-back game room, a two-car garage with additional flex space above, tons of storage, a beautiful fireplace, a large shed, another generous outbuilding, an inground pool, double access to the full basement, & so much more! Yes, this is a steal. Yes, it needs a new pool liner if you want to go for a swim, and there are some opportunities to maximize the potential - a leak in part of the garage roof that needs tending (including the area of the ceiling that was impacted), steps or a deck to be added off the game room sliding doors, some carpet and a light fixture in one of the bedrooms, some repairs to the two outbuildings, but, oh, the possibilities! Privacy, acreage, and all the comforts of home sweet home and then some. Agents must have an appointment and must accompany buyers at all times.
